Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

At Aanchal Online, we strive to provide exceptional service and clarity regarding your purchases. Please review our policies carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations and changes to your order may be requested, though they cannot be guaranteed, as orders may be dispatched immediately. Dispatch occurs when a postage label has been created. Pre-orders are non-cancelable under any circumstances.

2. Eid Policy

Online Purchases: Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for items returned after June 19, 2024.
In-Store Purchases: Refunds and exchanges are not available for in-store purchases.

3. Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Exempt items include sale items, party wear, fancy attire, and bridal items.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued as gift cards, emailed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds to the original payment method are available only for faulty goods.

5. Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  2. Include your order number and details of the fault.

Please note: Issues such as “does not look like the picture” or “quality concerns” are not considered faults. Sale and chiffon items are not eligible for returns under the faulty goods policy.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, reject the delivery. In case of lost or damaged parcels, contact us within 7 working days for assistance. We will file a claim with the courier, which may take up to 28 days to resolve.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances may occur. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days (UK), please contact us.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. For faulty items, we reimburse return postage (up to £4.00 for items up to 2kg or £5.99 for items up to 5kg) upon proof of postage. Use a tracked and insured delivery service for returns.

9. Sale Items

Sale items are discounted for reasons such as minor imperfections, end-of-season clearance, or colour discrepancies. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

10. Klarna Orders

Klarna orders are eligible for refunds within 14 days, provided the items meet our return criteria (excludes sale items, party wear, fancy attire, and bridal items).

Additional Notes

Items returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted. These items will be returned to you at your expense. Refunds for in-store purchases will only be issued as credit vouchers. For assistance or questions, please contact us via email on info@aanchalonline.com.
